The JNX120 carrier board is available in two variants: The JNX120S is our smallest Jetson carrier board to date. With only 24.7mm x 75mm (PCB weight (w/o compute module, M.2 cards): approx. 14 grams) its size is less than halve the size of a NVIDIA Jetson module and includes the following features:
- super mode support for Orin Nano and NX
- M.2 key M NVME SSD
- M.2 2230 key E wifi (USB 2.0 and PCIe x1)
- I2C
- CAN (optional internal termination)
- MCU (optional watchdog)
- 2x USB 2.0
- 2x CSI-2 (4 lanes)
- 100Mbit Ethernet (4 pin JST-GH)
- 2x UARTs (user and debug)
- RTC battery connector
- crypto chip (ATSHA204A)
- reset tactile switch
- RTC battery externally via 2 pin connector (RPI Pi 5 type)
- low profile height (incl. heat spreader): 20mm
- power in:Â 12V to 24V (reverse voltage protection, inrush current limitation)
The JNX120M has all the features of the JNX120S, additionally due to the larger form factor of 50mm x 75mm it supports the following additional features:
- GbE (10 pin JST-GH)
- 3 port 100Mbit Ethernet hub (RTL8305)
- TPM chip (SLB9670VQ20FW785XTMA1)
- FAN connector (4 pin JST-GH with PWM and tacho)
- 2 large cutouts to reduce weight
