Welcome to our showcase of Hailo based solutions. Here, you’ll find an array of our already available boards, our upcoming designs, and potential future add-ons.

We also provide an overview of our production and design capabilities and what cost and time involvement you can expect.

Additionally we will show you some use cases and more information regarding Hailo to help you decide if it is the fitting choice for your upcoming projects.

World’s smallest Hailo AI camera

This is our ultra compact and highly modular AI accelerator camera compute stack, built upon the powerful Hailo-15H SOC. Enabling you to unlock the full potential of AI driven imaging with the versatile and efficient Hailo AI accelerator.

Designed for seamless adaptability, this product features a modular board architecture that allows components to be stacked for flexible configurations and custom use cases.

We made sure that our camera stack is fully hardware compatible to the Hailo-15 SBC board – it uses the same camera sensor (IMX678) with the same GPIO, I2C bus and CSI-2 bus.

The camera stack features 4 M3 mount holes, to attach it to heat dissipating structure. At full load we expect a thermal power of 5 to 6W (please install the mounting plate or other means for sufficient heat dissipation).

The camera stack is available in our shop right now. A variation of our stack with an aluminum enclosure is also available in our shop.

Hailo compute module and memory board

This combination is at the core of our Hailo camera stack and is build around the powerful Hailo-15H chip. Due to the highly modular design this combination can easily be integrated apart from the rest of our camera stack opening up more possibilities to use it in your use case.

We are working one making all the individual boards available in our shop, in the meantime, if you need only a single board, please contact our sales team.


H130 drone board

Using the knowledge we collected working on our Hailo-15 based solutions and years of designing an manufacturing boards for the use in done applications, we combined both on our design for our first own drone board.

H120 Integrated compute module

A redesign of our Hailo camera stack, for use cases where a horizontal layout of the PCBs is more advantageous. It implements the core boards of our Hailo stack, the H101 compute module with the Hailo-15H and the HM11, our eMMC Memory board.


H122 stereo camera

This is our adaption of our H120, redesigned to fit two cameras on top, in the same horizontal design to be used in cases, where a stereo camera or two cameras with different sensors/lenses are necessary.

The firmeware of the Hailo-15 does not yet support two cameras simultaneously, expect this firmeware capability to be implemented in Q4 2025. Currently only one camera is active at a time and the cameras can be switched.

Evaluation Board

This is our own design of a Hailo-15 evaluation board. Used for internal testing in our own house, this board was designed to allow easier access to GPIOs and vias for easy testing and evaluation.

What we can do for you?


Custom Design Services and Projects

With years of project experience and custom hardware design, we can offer you services beyond just optimizing the hardware for your needs.

We like tho think beyond the board and more about what you need to make your solution successful and support your all the way.

We also assist in the design and supply of enclosures, fitting for your energy requirements, additional adapter boards or extensions and can provide you with custom cables, way beyond the industrial standard, while still providing a cost effective solution.

Depending on the volume we offer you special graduated pricing to maximize your cost effectiveness.

All our boards are designed by our own team located in house in Germany, in this context we also provide custom design services to adjust our standard designs for your specific needs.

As a guideline for planning your project, you can expect an expected cost of around 5.000€ for smaller hardware changes and redesigns. If a major redesigns is necessary you can calculate with a cost of approximately 50.000€.

We know that time is always of the essence when managing a project and designing a proof of concept. With years of experience as a partner in many full custom projects, we can provide you with the shortest time to market.

For smaller design changes you can expect a time frame of about four weeks to get from the design to the first prototype.

With our inhouse automated SMT production line, we have more control over the pricing than most other companies on the market, providing us with the advantage of being competitive in regards of the pricing, even with the asian market, while still offering you the best quality you expect.

Additionally we have the complete knowledge of every component use, from design to the first prototyping inhouse.


Why Hailo is the right choice?

As Auvidea we are in direct contact with Hailo and their team. This enables us to strengthen your visibility and provide you with direct communication for your project.

Additional to the capabilities and use cases of a Hailo system you will see below, it is also worthy to note, that Hailo offers a solution on the edge.

While many other solutions require you to have a constant connection to the cloud or other server structures, with a Hailo based system you can provide a solution apart from that.

With the many companies being reluctant to send their data to cloud servers, since the use and safety is often not clear, this provides a necessary solution in the industry.

The Hailo-15 is designed for camera integration with uncompressed video feeds (MIPI CSI-2, FPD-Link III, GMSL2, A-PHY, USB3-Vision or GigE-Vision).

The Hailo-15H does not integrate a video decoder and should not be used with compressed video streams from USB cameras or network IP cameras.

Ideal as preprocessor for NVIDIA Jetson systems

For us the Hailo camera stack and the Hailo based solutions in general are ideal to be used as preprocessors that utilize their power efficient AI functions to manage matters like object recognition, denoising, image stabilization or other similar functions.

All this to enable the connected host system in the background, for example based on a NVIDIA Jetson, to save their computing power for different, more complex AI functions.

To the left we show a possible example of this in action, based on our JNX40S, an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano carrier board together with the P140, a GbE switch that offers the capability to connect up to four Hailo camera stacks via RJ45.

All the afore mentioned boards are available in our shop. An A-PHY variant of the P140 is also available on request.
