The J143 is available in 2 configurations:

J143-48:

– no PoE PSE: power in: 12V to 48V
– PoE PSE: power in must be 48V
– power in directly powers PoE PSE

The J220 supports easy flashing (auto flashing). Just plug the USB OTG cable and the Jetson will automatically enter flashing mode.
