Auvidea’s offers are aimed exclusively at business customers (according to § 14 BGB) and public institutions. We do not enter into contracts with consumers (according to § 13 BGB). As consumers, you are welcome to purchase our products and solutions through distributors, which you can find listed further down on this page in the Partners section. Furthermore, we would like to point out that our products are meant only for civil use. 

All prices exclude VAT and do not include freight, customs duties and insurance costs. For all customers in Germany the 19% VAT is added. Customers in the European community may provide their tax ID number, so we do not have to charge the German VAT. For all customers outside the European community the net prices apply.

Orders are also welcome by email to [email protected]. Please send your ship to and bill to addresses and your telephone number. Then we will send you an order confirmation. This order confirmation also includes an item with the separately stated shipping charges.
