X242 carrier board for NVIDIA® Jetson T5000™

 

 

The X242 is a very high performance and extendable carrier board for the Jetson T5000 (Thor).

Up to 4 monitors can be directly connected (1x HDMI, 3x USB-C).

Connection of multiple Jetson T5000 systems via PCIe x8 or 10GbE is possible. The X242 features an industrial strength design and is commercially deployable in any volume.

  • PCIe Gen 5 support: Up to 32 Gbit/s per lane
  • 2x native low-power 10GbE ports (based on RTL8127)
  • 1x HDMI output
  • 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A
  • 4x USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-C
    • 3x Type-C ports
      • 1x DisplayPort Alt Mode for single-cable touchscreen connection (Feature only available in the rev 3 variant)
      • 2x DisplayPort Alt Mode (Feature can be implemented by changes in the Devicetree like in the DevKit)
  • 1x M.2 Key M slot for NVMe SSDs (PCIe x2 Gen 5)
  • 1x M.2 Key B slot for 5G modem cards (USB 3.2 Gen 2×1)
  • 1x 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi module (LM843)
  • 1x 16-lane CSI-2 camera connector (compatible with P3762)
  • 1x PCIe x16 connector (supports x8 Gen 5 lanes) (Feature only available in the rev 3 variant)
  • 24V to 48V wide-range power input
    • With 3.81mm pluggable, locking terminal connector
    • Hot-plug protection included
  • Form factor backwards compatible to the X23x AGX Xavier/Orin Platform
  • Easily upgrade your existing Jetson AGX Xavier/Orin to the T5000
