J143-48:

– no PoE PSE: power in: 12V to 48V
– PoE PSE: power in must be 48V
– power in directly powers PoE PSE

Changes from J140 to J143:

– J143: 2x USB 3.0 with TX2 (J140: 2x USB 2.0 with TX2)
– J143: M.2 NVME x2 (J140: M.2 NVME x4)
– J143: up to 48V (J140: up to 12V)
– J143: PoE PsE
